Meet the Team at SkinInspire

Suzy is the personal assistant to Annie, the clinic director at skinInspire. Her role involves managing the director’s daily schedule, handling correspondence, organising meetings and events across the UK, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. With over 20 years of experience as a personal assistant and budget coordinator in a fast-paced industry, Suzy excels in calendar and travel management, budget planning, and payment processing.

As a crucial link between the director, staff, and patients, Suzy ensures the smooth operation of the clinic while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering excellent communication. Her organisational skills and problem-solving abilities contribute to an impeccable personal experience at SkinInspire, ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression.

Kelly, our front-of-house receptionist at skinInspire, has been an essential part of our team since May 2021. As the first point of contact for patients, Kelly ensures a welcoming and efficient experience at our clinic.

She warmly greets patients, assists with check-ins, schedules and manages appointments, and maintains accurate patient records. Kelly is adept at handling phone calls, emails, and billing, ensuring the reception area is always inviting. She also coordinates with medical staff and the clinical director to facilitate seamless patient care.
 

Kelly’s excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with her empathy, patience, and attention to detail, enable her to manage multiple tasks and address patient needs effectively.

Harriet is an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years as a Registered Nurse and 11 years as a Midwife, bringing an extensive clinical background and a wealth of patient-care experience to her role within medical aesthetics and feminine functional medicine.

Over the past four years, Harriet has specialised in medical aesthetics, combining her clinical knowledge with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident, supported and empowered in their own skin.

With a particular passion for women’s health and feminine functional medicine, Harriet takes a sensitive and holistic approach to supporting women with their individual concerns. Her extensive midwifery experience provides a strong foundation for this specialist area of practice, allowing her to approach intimate and feminine health with understanding, discretion and compassion.

Harriet is passionate about delivering safe, ethical and evidence-based care. She is committed to maintaining high professional standards and ensuring every patient receives an individualised treatment plan centred around their needs, safety and wellbeing.

As a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber, Harriet is able to provide comprehensive patient assessment, prescribing and treatment as part of her clinical practice.

As part of the SkinInspire medical team, Harriet continues to expand her knowledge through advanced clinical training, with a strong focus on patient safety, natural results, women’s health and delivering the highest standard of care.

Tilly has been a senior body therapist at skinInspire since April 2023, specialising in advanced body treatments such as laser hair removal, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, fat freezing, and HIFU. With a background in the beauty industry starting from age 16, including previous spa experience.

Tilly is highly skilled in using cutting-edge equipment like lasers, radio therapy, and ultrasound therapy. She creates customised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, aiming to help them achieve their optimal goals.
 

Tilly’s role incorporates a holistic approach, blending wellness practices with aesthetic treatments, and she is dedicated to educating her patients. She loves connecting with patients and helping them feel confident, and she is thrilled to be a part of the fantastic skinInspire team.

Amy is one of our Skin Therapists at SkinInspire, working across our dedicated Facial Room and Body Suite and providing a range of advanced aesthetic skin, facial and body treatments.

​

Having spent much of her earlier working life in retail while raising her son, Amy reached a stage where she wanted to focus on building a career that felt personally rewarding. Volunteering within a hospital became a real turning point for her. Although her role wasn’t medical, she loved spending time with patients, chatting with them and offering a friendly face and a cup of tea while they were receiving treatment. This experience helped Amy realise that she wanted a career centred around caring for people and helping them feel better in themselves.

​

Amy went on to complete an 18-month apprenticeship, combining her studies with hands-on experience, before returning to college to undertake further qualifications, training and courses.

She has developed a real passion for skin and advanced aesthetics and particularly enjoys supporting patients through their individual treatment journeys. Amy loves seeing the improvements that can be achieved over time and the difference this can make to someone’s confidence and wellbeing.

At SkinInspire, Amy focuses exclusively on our non-medical advanced aesthetic treatments, including facial, skin and body treatments such as SkinPen microneedling. She is passionate about continuing to develop her knowledge and skills, learning about new technologies, treatments and products, and growing within the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.

Keavy is our Saturday Housekeeper at SkinInspire and plays an important part in helping us maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment for our patients and team. She supports with the upkeep of both the inside and outside areas of the clinic and enjoys looking after our patients, including making sure they are comfortable and offering refreshments during their visit.

Keavy is currently studying for her GCSEs and has a real passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, which she hopes to explore further in the future. Outside of her studies and work, Keavy loves ballet, which she attends each week, and enjoys spending time and socialising with her friends whenever her studies allow.
